Orb’s custom case and foam combinations are designed to safeguard your valuables. We configure cases of all sizes with custom accessories such as zipper pouches, hold down straps, and placard holders. Cases can be provided with panel rings and configured for electronic control panel service. Customers have the option of choosing from a variety of foams: soft, firm, or something in between.

Foam is cut using Orb’s precision water jet cutter, then layered and glued to create the storage nest. You may submit your own custom foam layout or allow our engineers to design the perfect foam surround for your specific needs.

Quantities range from one piece to several hundred.
